Flu Vaccinations

SEASONAL  FLU VACCINATION

 

Seasonal Flu vaccinations will be available in practice from the last week in September. Please make an appointment if you are in one of the groups listed below:-

• Those aged 65 and over on 31^st March 2022

 

• Those aged 6 months and under 64 years in clinical at risk groups

• Pregnant women

 

• All 2 and 3 year olds on 31^st August 2022

 

• Those in long stay residential care homes 

 

• Carers  (please ask in practice for eligibility)

 

• Indviduals between 50-64 years of age 

 

ARE YOU ATTENDING FOR ANNUAL REVIEW ?

 

If you are coming in to see one of our Practice Nurses for your annual review please bring your medication with you, particularly your inhalers if you have a respiratory condition.

 

Our Practice list is open to all patients within our boundary. Currently postcode areas covered are as follows:- Liverpool 16, 18, 25, 26, 27
